Morning walks are my favorite. I try to walk 3-5 miles as many days a week that I can. Power walking is one of my favorite forms of movement, it’s almost meditative for me. Walking, especially at the beach clears my mind of any stress and worries that are fogging up my brain that day. I throw on my workout clothes, my tennis shoes, sunglasses and I’m on my way! Workouts don’t have to be sweaty and streinous to be effective. I’ve had some amazing conversations on walks with friends and I’ve also made up my mind about some pretty life changing decisions all on my power walks. If you’re not much of a walker I encourage you to try it!
