A couple of weekends ago I attended The Retreat in Miami, Florida. The Retreat is a 4 day fitness and wellness festival put on by Funkshion, an event production company located in Miami Beach. Funkshion invited Liberty (a friend of mine who I know through my modeling agency) to I to attend the Second annual Retreat! Of course we said YES! I love Miami Beach so any opportunity I have to go there I accept with no hesitation.

Health and Wellness is my passion and you guys are always so interested in these types of posts so I thought this was the perfect trip to vlog! I'm so happy I could bring you along!
